Holding On

Yea, I know it was the holidays a long time ago, but I just didn't feel like writing anything. Ah well.

 

This year was a blast. Never realised how fun s3 life was till I started looking at the gloomy prospects of s4 life. =(

 

Loads of things happened throughout the school year. Some were sad, some were wacky, and some, just bliss. But I must thank God for pulling me through all the trials that were put in front of me throughout this school year.

 

Results were....not bad I guess. I hit my goal of 9 As, but not the one about 6 A1s. And I managed to get good acad and good serv, but not all that crazy topping of subjects in my first goal. Next year I shall not be that mad as to want to get so many prizes....haha.

 

This holidays, quite a number of homework was given to us. Let's see, there's chinese, emath, bio, chem, phy, ss and geog. I don't think there was english....but I didn't do the compre which was supposedly due on the last day of extra lessons, so there! Currently, I've finished all the math and science hw. YAY! =) But ss, geog and chinese is really a lot.....oh well.

 

Supposed to be studying (or rather, revising) amath today, but I got bored of it. Hence I'm here! Shall go watch anime after this.

 

Chinese O levels were.......ok I guess? But the last compre was quite tough and I know I didn't do as well as I thought for listening comprehension. Oh well.

 

Went back to OLN a few days ago. Got to catch up with some of the 6 faith peeps, and it was really fun exploring the school with them! Well, maybe not exploring....but you get the idea.

  

Rachel's competition is coming soon! Hope she does well.....going to watch her perform. =) Its on the 6th, but right after that will have to rush to church. Haha.

 

This sunday there's bible competition! Really really hope our class would come in first again! Haha. Our class simply rocks! xD

 

Ok I have nothing else to say. I shall go enjoy my hols now! =)

Yes I FINALLY hit 1 goal!!!! Its goal no. 4, the one about getting a high merit for piano. And not just that, i got a DISTINCTION! YAY!!!! =)

School's busy. Shall go study for tomorrow's chem test. じゃあ、ね！

I'm finally back after...2 and a half months.

 

Have yet to see the ups in life this year. Ok maybe I did, but they were rare.

 

And I simply LOVE 3 FAITH!!! Its the awesomest awesomest class anyone can be in! (Pardon my wrong vocabulary.) The teachers rock too.

They really make lessons come ALIVE. That's very rare, especially for horribly dry subjects like chinese and geography. But, these teachers have made me so into the respective subjects now! Kudos to them!

 

 

PPR is really horrble. But I MUST 再接再厉，and not make Mrs Koh disappointed again!

 

 

Hwa Chong people were here this week. 1 comment: They are really noisy.

 

 

And I want to thank these people for making term 1 so awesome despite all the yucky grades and everything else that is yucky!

 

RONGYU, jan desk partner! Sitting with you has improved my chinese and made me concentrate in class! Thanks for helping me so much in maths too!!!!! =)

 

HAOWEN, feb desk partner! I don't know what you helped me with, but it was a fantastic time sitting with you! You just made life interesting and bright!

 

CHLOE and XIAOFAN, march desk partners! 2 weeks only, but it was a very funny 2 weeks! Thanks for lightening the mood! And Xiaofan come back soon! We miss you!

 

JEMIE, sitting behind me in jan and march! Haha good that your amaths grade was so much better than your emaths! Next time we shall do even better kay!

 

DELIRIOUS DAPHNE, the crazy emaths rep with all those weirdo equations! Haha the whole mood in the class simply brightens up with all your crazy equations! And stop ordering me around during lab sessions! Haha!

 

PRECOCIOUS PEIYUN, the super duper smart malaysian scholar! Congrats on getting into next round for sudoku competition, and may you and amanda bring glory to St Nicks!

 

AMANDA, sudoku champ! Fine you didn't get first, but 2nd is excellent kay! Jiayous for next round, and super sorry for stealing your maths notebook time and again....hehe.....

 

RONGHUI, fellow sudoku teammate! And NO I'M NOT CRYING! Haha. You kidnapped my violin! Haha nevermind, we shall not embarrass the school again next time!

 

GANTIAN, another sudoku person! You and ronghui so drama, I was in fits of laughter! Nevermind, the next competition I'm sure you'll do well! This is after all only your first in Singapore, so jiayous!

 

WANGGUAN, chem rep! Chloe, Jemie, Ying Tong and me are so proud of you getting first prize for the ACS symposium thing with rongyu, ronghui and peiyun! Continue doing well, kay! =D

 

CELESTE, index number partner! Ok not exactly. But anyway, thanks for always guiding me through physics practicals. I'm always so lost! Thanks again! And hope you get to go on immersion!

 

LETIAN, the blur councillor! It was fun working with you for egeog, and our paper totally rocked!

 

ADELINE, best photoshop person on earth! Thanks for burnin the midnight oil with me so late at night just to chiong out egeog, and thanks for making it so wonderfully awesome! You rock, addie! =D

 

GUIXIAN, the ultimate! Stop making me throw your rubbish lar!!!!! Hahas. It is fun being your teammate in soccer! Continue whacking balls!!!! XD

 

Enough of thankyous. I know I still missed out lods of people, like Anyao, Yu Hui, Ying Tong, Sandy etc. But the post would get too long. Sorry ><

 

 

I have no idea what to say now.....ah! SYF on 29 April!!!!!!! After hwa chong, before raffles institution. Great. Stuck in the middle of arch-rivals.

 

V2s! I know you all are still upset over the mass lecture I gave on Tuesday. But you must put in a lot of effort kay! We MUST prove to the conductors that we can do it kay! Jiayous!
